Although my particular fridge freezer wasn't a model that Matthew worked on, he was kind enough to take the time on the phone to explain some steps I could follow before calling the Fridgemaster dealers out. His advice was spot on and without having to spend a penny, the appliance is working beautifully again. Thank you so much Matthew!
