Was in recently to buy new kitchen cupboard handles. Really delighted with the service I received. Was served by a lovely young girl. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordered gorgeous great quality handles that were delivered free two days later as they didn’t have 27 in stock. Highly recommend

Spoke to lady on phone this morning , she ordered exactly what I needed and arranged for them to be delivered. Honestly this female was so polite , very helpful and made my time talking on the phone with her so relaxed and she didn't rush me at all. Fantastic telephone manner , Fantastic service.

Very impressed with Screwfix. I ordered an item on line it came within a couple of days. Picked it up, brought it home and it was too big for the position we wanted it. Took it back, spoke to a nice young man at the till, he said the refund would be in our Bank account within three days, it was in the day after. EXCELLENT ALL ROUND SERVICE.
