Thought I’d try this Big Johns whilst at work. The food was actually decent I expected bad things but the cheeseburger was delicious exactly how I like them. The chicken wrap was nice but I feel as if there’s less chicken and your left with a load of sauce and salad. The chips were nice you definitely have to have some sort of dip with them. I went to pick up but I don’t think I’ll be doing that again, proper bad atmosphere in terms of staff and customers. Next time I’ll order in.

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered a mixed nann kebab but wanted it fresh so I waited, the male who served me was not wearing gloves infact nobody was. Staff are dealing with cooked and raw products and did not wash his hands, I asked him to put gloves on as I was paying £7 for a kebab.. when I phoned customer service I was told its not compulsory to wear gloves and that staff wash their hands. I was in there 15 to 20 minutes and not once did anybody wash their hands. Poor hygiene, substandard food and the worst customer service. Avoid at all costs

Terrible , over 2 hour wait after ordering on there website , phone number doesn't work when you want to get intouch, then to top it off food arrives lukewarm and there was meat on a vegetarian pizza! Waste of time and money , won't be using again.

Had some voucher for just eat when placed the order just eat did not use my voucher for this restaurant, called the restaurant to see if they can cancel my order and I can place it again with my voucher, before I could even explain the staff started saying we don’t except the vouchers we don’t get money off them, why should we give you free food or pay for someone, I was not asking you to do a charity I would give you the charity and free food instead, try to give good customer service so this place can run and you can get paid…no one was asking you for free food so don’t assume thing. Listen before you respond. Horrible customer service. No manners to talk.explains the work ethics…Usually I don’t do t give review to any place but had to do it for this place

Food arrives freezing cold and rubbery very very disappointed this time previous times we’ve ordered it’s always been great. No option to even complain or request a refund in the app! Better to use Uber eats at least you can complain about the terrible food and service! Not much to ask for food to be fresh and warm and not have a rubber texture!

I have tried this shop couple of time. The shop looks glamorous but the food was terrible and insipid. Fried chicken was so greasy and tasteless. Chips was ok and fried wings Oh my god".Never going to try again.Staff are really rude and bossy."

Pathetic service - can NEVER get order instructions right. Why even bother giving customers options if you ignore them every time.Don't expect any help if you try to contact them or complain either.I've tried giving many chances with orders, but every time it's wrong and I give up with them.Options on your order like salad/sauces just get ignored because the staff don't know the defaults and just go by what shows on your order receipt, which doesn't show everything you've asked for.If you leave a note, like I've tried many times, it also gets ignored.You can't call the store to discuss it with staff there either because the number just goes to a central hub.I spoke with the central hub to make a complaint and all I got was some snarky replies insulting my intelligence as if I don't know how to use some buttons on an app or leave a note, and refusing to accept any problems with their app or website.THEY EVEN SENT ME AN EXCHANGE ITEM AND IT WAS STILL WRONG AGAIN, AND COLD!All our staff are well trained" he tells me! Well clearly they're not
