Spent an hour in the store with my young spaniel. All staff very friendly and accommodating, especially Sally who worked very hard getting me sorted with trousers, jacket etc.Will definately return and highly recommend to those who value good service and knowledgeable staff.Especially appreciated Sally's patience as I am disabled.

Excellent service. I recently purchased a new shotgun from Gilders and when I got home I discovered that a couple of the chokes were missing from the box. After phoning the shop the missing chokes were sent directly from the importers and arrived within two days. I might add that the gun was very competitively priced.

After yesterday's bitter cold weather I needed a good fleece layer. Delighted to find they could do click and collect, a quick phone call and it was sorted. Excellent friendly helpful staff and totally safe,Covid aware collection from their front door.
