Went to get a new charging port on iPhone and quoted £50 which I thought a touch expensive. However the guy checked my phone and cleaned the port so it was just some dirt that stopped it charging. He didn’t want any payment though I offered a tip. So will definitely go back when I need work doing in phone refreshing to find honest decent people. Well done

I was quoted £35 to fix my charger port and park lane phones charged me £10.50. also my brother paid £50 for a super fast charger from the phone shop opposite to the 02 shop in the bridges and park lane phones charged £13 for the same charger 5⭐ service

Fantastic service i got today. Went in to see how much to fix chipped camera screen he didnt have the part so would have had to wait till next sat to get it done but he rang where he gets his stock from to see if they had left the shop and they hadnt so managed to get part and got phone sorted today. Would highly recommend and fantastic price aswell.

Popped in Parklane phones today with faulty iPhone. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Gave honest and open advice without sales patter, fixing my phone easily with a simple fix (could’ve took it in and charged but didn’t). So I bought something else after brilliant advice! Highly recommended.

My phone wouldn't charge ,Trev took a look said it looked like it needed a new charging port and he'd have it done in a couple days for £45. Turns out it just needed cleaning so told me I diddnt need to pay that much just £10 would do.He diddnt have to do this as I wouldnt have known he never fitted a new charging port could have easily taken the £45,for he's honesty I won't go anywhere else now.brillant service.

I had an issue with my iPhone screen being unresponsive and blue lines scanning my screen - took phone to park lanes and said it’d be done within the hour. The phone could be fixed without a new screen going on and he done FREE of charge. Really appreciate it because he could’ve easily charged me for a new screen and said nothing. Can’t recommend the place highly enough. Top fella, top business!

Only a small repair this time on my sons Samsung however it's the same great service. Trev never fails with his no bull attitude, very genuine. Not hard to see why he's still goimg strong from the market days.

Fantastic service once again! Told by Sky that mobile phone was faulty and couldn’t be fixed. Went to Park Lane phones to buy a new phone but owner said to take “faulty “ phone in to see if he could save it. He managed to fix it and saved us the cost of a new phone. Highly recommend and always gives honest advice.
