Tables which have been hired and PAID FOR have not been delivered, which made my event this evening fail. The order has been confirmed via email by the company, and I spoke to them on Friday to double-check, as it was an important event for my company. After the delivery slot today had passed, I phoned them 4 times to enquire about the whereabouts of my order. I have been told all four times that they will look into it and ring me back ASAP, which they didn't. In the end, I couldn't hold the event as planned, which caused massive damage for my company. Going to report . DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM!

Delivered the wrong items for a wedding, actual chairs were in poor condition, didn't pick up on specific date we paid extra for and then customer service since has been dreadful. Stay clear.

Dreadful. Completely ruined our special day. 26 chairs failed to arrive and the seat colours were all different colours. Do not use.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING! I know this post is late, but I thought people should know...I ordered 500 chairs for 25th May - MY WEDDING DAY! and paid extra for a specific timed delivery slot - to be the first delivery on the day to ensure I had the chairs on time.Chairhire failed to deliver the chairs as they decided to take another delivery ahead of mine, even though I had paid extra for the first delivery of the day. Very cheeky!Alongside this, the drivers were extremely rude to my family and the company itself didn't seem to bothered by their mistake. This therefore meant I had to pay the venue extra to hire their chairs at the very last minute.As you can imagine, this is not something any bride would want to happen on their wedding day. It meant I was stressed, upset and highly annoyed. It spoilt part of my day.I went on honeymoon following my wedding, hoping the company would issue a refund straight away as promised, and offer some form of compensation, only to find no refund! Whilst on honeymoon I had to call the company several times to sort out the refund. DAYS LATER I was still chasing and finally I received a refund - ONLY BECAUSE I CHASED THE COMPANY FOR IT.No compensation for their errors, no real support from the company, no real feeling of them being wrong and worst of all... I had to chase all refunds. I reckon, had I not, they would not have even bothered.Be careful with this company - don't let them spoil your event.
