I went to the store with my item completely unpacked. Oliver was lovely and so helpful in packaging my parcel and sending it for next day service. Super easy and saved me a lot of time and money with packaging and sourcing effective posting. Lovely service, would absolutley recommend to anyone with any size or shape parcel.

Amazing service! I needed to get a large fragile antique print with glass sent to Australia. Olly offered to collect it from the seller’s address after he finished work on the same day of purchase and he answered my many emails regarding packing questions, sending pictures of the packing process. The print arrived in perfect order within 7 days and it was so well packaged that it took 30 minutes to unwrap! I would highly recommend this business.

Thought i'd give this place a go as i regularly post parcels and seem to have inconsistent service from my usual couriers. I've now posted several parcels through Oliver and wont be going anywhere else from now on! The customer service has been fantastic on every visit, and Oliver really knows his stuff. Not only is he very professional, he will happily go out of his way for you too. Very highly recommended 5*
