We are absolutely delighted with our new bannister. Steve and Chris were lovely to deal with. The quality of work is excellent and very reasonably priced. It was a bit of an awkward job, but Steve dealt with it amazingly. Great customer service and amazing workmanship. We highly recommend this company.

We are converting a water tower so not your average home by far. Stairs Direct UK Ltd were a great find. From the start they were great to work with. The fitters were lovely and Chris brilliant. Very happy with the results. The feature staircase will look lovely when we finally uncover the treads (they are being protected whilst works continue). A great introduction to our home when people visit. They also fitted the glass balustrades on our terrace, by far my favourite space. Planning on using the company for the 3 flights of stairs that need to go in the tower itself. They will work with the budget you have and recommend accordingly. Definitely recommend this company.
