Insoul Reflexology

I had never experienced reflexology before and I am so glad that Pavreen was my first. The room was lovely and cosy, smelt delicious and had me relaxed right away. She is so intuative and her insights about my body were spot on. They drew my attention to areas where I had been unconsciously holding tension and with her help this has allowed me to resolve these and bring my body back into balance. If you have been thinking about trying reflexology then don't wait another minute or bother looking for anyone else!!

Having been a client of Parveen’s for reflexology for a number of months, I decided to take advantage of her festive offer and try the facial cupping. I wasn’t really sure what to expect from either the treatment or the effects but was pleasantly surprised by both. The treatment itself is enjoyable and relaxing, if somewhat unusual. I was absolutely delighted with the results, my skin was glowing afterwards and several friends complimented me on how good my skin looked. Will definitely be a returning client for this in the new year.

Parveen is very nice, professional and knowledgeable person. Reflexology session goes too quick and blissfully magical, and after you forget your problems, feeling so light. Can not recommend to try reflexology enough with Parveen. Can not wait to go back!
