Great service from Sunny Cars. Terrific patience for a 2am airport pick up. Really reasonable price and great contact. Lovely positive fella. Family run business which is long standing. I won't be using anyone else now !

The company’s website says “We provide an extremely reliable and friendly 24hr taxi service” - completely untrue. I have never encountered a taxi driver as rude and unfriendly as this guy. We had booked an airport return trip - he was late for the outgoing trip - no apology and no call - we had to call him to find out where he was. Then he complained because a group of 7 passengers had 8 cases (three of which were hand luggage size) even though they could easily fit and no limit was given beforehand. Then insisted on full payment at the airport for the return trip as well, otherwise he threatened that he wouldn’t come back for us, even though at the time of booking we were told we could pay half each way. The return flight was delayed by one hour and even though we messaged him before take off so that he knew we would be delayed, he didn’t arrive until one and a half hours after we had landed, blaming us because the flight was delayed. When we called him to find out where he was, he hadn’t even left Northwich for the airport. No contact from him whatsoever after our earlier message and no contact to say how late he would be after we also messaged again saying we had landed and were waiting for one more case. No apology when he arrived, just told us we were lucky that he didn’t charge us extra. Full of excuses for the poor service and not willing to accept responsibility for anything. Will not use again and would not recommend at all. Steer clear!!
