Wessex Kia Gloucester

Don’t use Wessex KIA Gloucester.1st Aug 2023 update: including images of the work that Kia Gloucester believe are of the “highest standard”. The work is so sloppy and looks so bad. I’m shocked that Kia Gloucester consider this “high standard”.Extremely disappointed. I purchased a KIA Sportage GT Line. Prior to collection, Wessex KIA Gloucester took it upon themselves to carry out an unauthorised repair to my vehicle. The repair was embarrassingly sloppy - hideous masking lines and over spray on trim and entirety of vehicle, poor colour match, lacquered over decals, lacquer peeling off in multiple places. No preparation or care had been taken.I tried to work with them to put it right, but this unauthorised sloppy repair meets Kia standards according to the General Manager. Evidently they have a very low bar in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. I don’t recommend using Wessex Kia Gloucester.

Needed to replace my sports car with something more family friendly. Had great service from Gabriel who listened to what I needed and gave me time to test drive the car properly and check it met my needs. Had no issues with my part exchange and got the amount I wanted for it.The car developed an issue when I picked it up but it was very quickly resolved and has been fine since. Problems happen sometimes it’s inevitable, but what’s important for me is how well it was dealt with and how quickly it was resolved.

Don’t go anywhere near wessex Kia Gloucester ??? full of false promises, Once they have your cash they are not interested.. After sales is shocking 8 phone calls numerous emails all with promises of return calls but nothing .You have been warned don’t be fooled by their lies

Absolutely awful customer service. Tried 5 times to call them and was told every time that everyone was busy and they would leave a message for the person I was dealing with to call me. Eventually, when they did call me back, they were useless. I tried again the next day and was told they were very busy, so I drove there, and the place was empty with no customers.Also, the actual mechanics must have been from preschool as they couldn't find a cause for most of the issues and said, we couldn't get the fault to happen" even though it happens all of the time .Would stay well away from this dealership"

So happy with my recent purchase! Have bought a new Kia Ceed from Kia Gloucester. Isaac Jolly and Ben Powell have been absolutely amazing! Always going above and beyond to make sure i was happy with my car and keeping me updated throughout the whole process! The attention to detail was amazing and they made the whole experience very enjoyable! Will definitely be purchasing from there again in the future.

Great customer service from salesman Andrew Lewis. The process of buying our new Kia was very straightforward and we were kept up to date at all times. We will def recommend this garage to friends

Despite originally giving a 1 star review , Kia called me and rectified my complaint/disappointment within a few weeks . My car was booked back in and given the love and attention it needed. Stuart lamb made sure Kia covered the costs and explained the reasoning behind the bad experience. Staff are always friendly and polite (despite me complaining!) And this time my car was immaculate!Thank you to Kia for a now wonderful experience!

Just picked up my used car from Kia today and would like to thank Gabriel for all his help, went through everything and sorted out my service plan. Lovely friendly service without being pushy.

Absolutely Fantastic!We bought our car from Wessex Kia Gloucester yesterday, The service has been amazing from start to finish.I called the switchboard first to book a test drive, Laura was very helpful and booked me straight in for the same day (Saturday).When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming team and offered a coffee of our choice as well as a hot chocolate for our daughter (which made her feel included and equally as important). The dealership was immaculate & relaxed, we felt at ease straight away.Keith assisted us with the car we were interested in, explained everything clearly and took us on a decent test drive, guiding us around the best route (we aren't from the area, so not familiar with any of the roads).We decided to proceed with the purchase and returned yesterday (Monday) to collect. Again, all staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Keith and Cameron went the extra mile to make sure everything was as in place and that we were satisfied with everything.I can not recommend them enough! Thank you very much for everything!
