Spent a great weekend here celebrating my daughters birthday. The house is very spacious with very comfortable rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you can need. Plenty of room for everyone to eat at the table. Lovely welcome pack. There is ample room outside the house both at the back and the front to sit outside. Lovely hot tub and the outside bar is great with a log fire and amplifiers. Would definitely recommend.

This place was amazing. We booked as a group of 16 and there was plenty of space for us all. The property and grounds were well kept and delightful.

Lovely place to stay. we stayed as a grounp of families 8 adults and 6 childrens. The house was big enough for us all with a room or two spare. There is a small hot tub that the kids loved during the day and adults used at night. There is a timber shed bar in the garden that we used every night, bar is well kitted out and the log burning stove was great. The hosts provided alot of little extras which were appreciated. We would love to go back to this place again.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Perfect location. Beautiful building. Walking distance to restaurants in Inverness yet tucked away and quiet. Immaculate and well equipped with all fixtures and fittings well maintained. Excellent breakfast and service. We had a daily itinerary printed by James for our excursions as we explored the highlands. I hope to go back. James and Kristen run a top class friendly establishment.

What a find, lairds lodge is such a lovely place to stay. The house is so grand and the rooms so comfortable. Kirsteen and James have thought of every little detail to make the stay so memorable.

This stylish and comfortable B&B was the perfect place to stay in Inverness. It's an easy (and pretty) stroll from the restaurants and High Street. From the warm welcome (with fresh shortbread, too!) to the thoughtful touches in the room to the delicious, plentiful breakfast, I felt so well taken care of. My only regret is that I only stayed one night. This would be a perfect place to make a base for exploring the Highlands. I hope to return!

What a charming B&B! It's almost more than a B&B - it's a home away from home! My husband and I were there the end of May with our Hearts of Scotland Tour, and everything was top notch! Updated and very clean, homemade treats at night, and an incredible breakfast. Thank you James & Kirsteen for a wonderful Inverness experience!

Had a fantastic get away with my wife's family. The lodge is walking distance from the city.

Fully recommend - 10 minute walk (mostly along the River Ness) from the city centre in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great night's sleep. Excellent Scottish hospitality - warm welcome from James on arrival, delicious breakfast - and snacks! You won't go wrong staying here.

We’ve just returned from a fabulous 6 night stay at Lairds Lodge. Recently refurbished as self catering accommodation it offers a wonderful base to explore Inverness and the highlands. Extremely well equipped kitchen and beautifully presented rooms. The Tipsy Laird was a highlight for us and we all enjoyed the hot tub.The owners James and Kirsteen were extremely helpful and we are already looking forward to arranging another visit to Lairds Lodge.
