Suffered common assualt and false accusations. Even the pharmacist can see why people are still being vaccinatedBut the medication was of a good standard in the past as was the service . Shame the staff changed

Arrived to pick up a prescription. Was told by the lady that my prescription was missing information and I needed to go back to the dentist and get them to fill it out. I drive a 14 mile round trip for them to write my address and date of birth on it.... I could of done that in the pharmacy if the woman would have just asked. Then I waited what seemed an eternity for my prescription to be sorted out. Staff extremely unhelpful and stuck up.

Ive been going to this Chemist for 20+yrs,never had a problem until about a year ago,now I dread going every month as there is always some problem with our prescriptions. Last month my husbands prescription was 32 tablets short and they didnt give them. I used to enjoy going in this chemist as everyone was so pleasent to talk to,but now they all seem stressed amongst constant chaos and can come accross as rude. Such a shame,think ill be looking to go somewhere else now.

Totally unorganised and completely unclear as to where to go for booked vaccinations with a total lack of any signage to indicate where people need to go or wait; I got sent back and forth for 20mins before I could finally go through for my vaccination and everything just seemed totally unorganised - both people I spoke to were rude, awkward and as unhelpful as they could possibly be, suggest a change in career if it makes you that unhappy...

Absolutely brilliant chemist. Feels like a shopping centre when you come in but doesn’t move away from the fact that they’re a pharmacy at their core. Young Indian Pharmacist was so helpful in my consultation… He explained what might have caused (need be careful with my gardening more) and saved me from cellulitis that was moving up my arm by referring me to a doctor as an emergency. Really happy with the service, will look to get my prescriptions here next!

I simply collected a prescription today & asked for advice.There were lots of helpful staff available & my prescription which was sent over by the GP was provided in full in no time. I have now set up the text service so I can be notified as soon as my prescription is ready (or hopefully be informed if their is any delay). I was also able to speak with the pharmacist, James who clarified my queries about obtaining HRT gel. He gave me confidence in their service provision & the individualised care given to each person to ensure each need is met. I am so grateful.

Unbelievable disorganisation the only thing made worse by the paperwork and speaking to 4 members of staff to answer a question was the older female staff member being rude to staff and rude to me this is the third time I’ve tried to get information from them and been treated appallingly. Thankfully once they’ve found the paperwork in their disorganised cabinets I don’t have to use them again.

Great service and great travel advice given by the young pharmacist (sorry forgot his name but wore blue lanyard). He clearly knew his information and told me what I needed exactly for our trip away to Africa soon. Being super expensive… I’m glad they didn’t just try and upsell unnecessary vaccinations to us. Very happy with the service received here, highly recommend their travel services
