I can definitely recommend Stratstone BMW Hull. Mark was very professional and helpful. The car is great, presentation and preparation for collection were just superb.It wasn’t a brand new car but Mark treated us like we were buying the most expensive car form a catalogue. The car was serviced with fresh mot, super clean inside and polished outside. The whole team did amazing job.

I’ve had very bad dealings with this garage in the past, but that being said it has turned around. I dealt with “bash” a great guy who wasn’t forceful with the sale and answered all questions I had. The garage feels a lot more “classy” than it did before you feel like you’re getting the proper bmw experience when buying a premium car. The receptionist was lovely, I didn’t catch her name but she was very professional and attentive. Thank you to all staff who helped me.

We have had a top notch car buying experience with Stratstone BMW Hull and Jack Beeston in particular. During the 2 months between initial enquiry (good price new BMW Z4) and day of collection, Jack was in regular contact, answered our emailed Qs promptly, and got back to us if he was out when we phoned (the receptionists and sales team were also very helpful and well co-ordinated). Being almost 100 miles away, all our comms had to be conducted remotely.We particularly appreciated Jack's efforts to make sense of the confusing and inaccurate central BMW Logistics customer information system Genius (unsuitably named) and to track the car's actual progress.On collection day, as Jack was out, Mark conducted an efficient handover; it was almost as if he had been involved all along.Jack and team at Stratstone BMW - many thanks!

Lovely showroom environment and service staff. I went here to pick up a test drive iX1 and it was a great experience.A slight delay through no fault of the booking team but i was away within 30 mins.Ill go again for sure.

Called in to Stratstone Hull just to have a look at the X3 and X4 models. We had great service and help from Bash Miah who was able to find us the car we were looking for that had the spec that we wanted. All in all, great service and a very positive experience.

If I want to say my best experience from a good purchase, it was definitely the purchase of my new 1 Series 2023 car from this company. I went through the entire process of buying my car with just one phone call. Excellent communication, excellent price, and most importantly, on time. In the delivery of the car. We have used many BMW dealers but first time to Statstone Hull and we won't be going elsewhere in future. Far superior to other agencies. The Welcome from Reception superb. Bash organised a test drive of the X1 BMW 1.8D which we then ordered. We received a good part exchange deal and our car arrived on time. Bash is so professional, knowledgeable of his products, we couldn't have wished for more. The X1 drives like a dream and so economical. When we change car in future we will definitely be giving Bash a call. This was a Platingum standard experience from Bash and the entire Stratstone Team. Thank you. Sue and David Martin
