Horrible customer service, like they don’t want to be there. One staff member in particular young woman with false lashes and black hair was giving me dirty looks, blunt responses and sarcastic comments for no apparent reason. Won’t be coming back will be changing my prescription to elsewhere.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star, the staff are so bad. They never give your repeat prescription on time, this has happened on multiple occasions.Avoid the pharmacy, you’re better off going to Tesco, etc

This is THE best Pharmacy. The people are so helpful and courteous. The Manager is a lovely helpful man who goes over and above to help and do whatever he can for you. Thank you for such a great service, would not go anywhere else. Thank you.

This has been my pharmacy for many years. Whenever I have been in all staff are always respectful and friendly and also give me sound advice on medication when I have needed some support and any queries answered. Saj is extremely trustworthy and very organised. The workplace is well managed and they always have my medication on time or if there are delays they let me know straightaway. Now i have my baby and the staff are helpful and my prescriptions are delivered promptly as I have difficulty getting/travelling to my pharmacy especially for my babys medication they are prompt and timely. I can't speak for anybody else but my experince has always been pleasant and that is my honest opinion. They are never rude and I like the fact if any new staff start they remember me which is always nice.

Amazing quick delivery service and the driver was very polite.

5 persons. Only one pharmacist who doesn't want to see you or check any conditions. Just go to the gp...I understand it's better for sales and less responsibility..but that what differentiates you from a regulare cashier

Poor customer service & disorganised. Prescription was approved by GP many days prior but this pharmacy was unable to find it. This has happened many times & they always asked me to come back later or day/ days after. We do have other things to do rather than coming back again & again to the pharmacy just to pick up the prescription. Will change to another pharmacy & won’t come back to this pharmacy.

Great pharmacy! All the staff are so helpful & kind. Expert pharmacy advice from the pharmacists. Been getting my prescriptions for awhile from the pharmacy and I'm so happy with the service. Very busy pharmacy but I feel cared about as a patient. Josh did my prescription for me & gave me excellent customer service. Hes always kind & helpful. A credit to the pharmacy. I feel that Saj the pharmacist isnt just a pharmacist but someone who really cares about the community and his customers. He is always happy to help
