Phoned Wednesday, car collected from Mansfield on Thursday, which involved a 380 mile round trip.Chris the driver kept the Dealer informed of arrival time and he phoned me to say the car was loaded and on it's way. Kept informed on progress and arrived on time.Excellent secure covered trailer and care taken with the use of polythene seat cover and steering wheel cover and paper mats. Luke provided a fair price. Courteous and professional Company and 5 star all the way.Chris deserves a medal for getting the Trailer through our gates from our narrow lane !

After being messed about on Shiply by a transporter, I contacted Billy's Vehicle Transport. I didn't know the company, simply found them on Google - slightly concerned because of my previous experience with other company. However, absolutely nothing to worry about, the vehicle was delivered from Sheffield to Windsor in one day as requested and arrived in perfect condition and the driver was very courteous and attentive to unloading the vehicle correctly. Nothing but praise for both Luke's who were involved.Would use this company again without hesitation. Thank you, Best regards, Roy

Brilliant company, price was affordable, and they got my car to the garage so quickly. Really friendly driver as well. He dropped my car off and posted the keys for me. Hopefully won't have to use them again but I definitely would if I needed too.

Billy’s are amazing! I can’t recommend them enough. They were so polite and professional on the phone from the initial call throughout the process. They were efficient and Steve, who towed my car after my accident, was amazing. He was very informative and he was really kind in such a stressful situation. They were easy to contact, kept me updated constantly and were so accommodating when I had questions. The whole team were utterly fantastic from start to finish. 5 star service!

Used Billy's to deliver my car up to dealership in Crosby Liverpool on trailer, collect my new car and drop it back to South London. Faultless service. Very long trip as did it on same day and held up on way back due to traffic, but they still got the car back to me before 10pm. Excellent reliable, trustworthy and cost effective and they are really nice guys too! Highly recommend them.

Mrs had a breakdown and suspected broken clutch.Stranded on a roundabout. Anticipating an ETA of 45 minutes from booking the recovery, Billy’s arrived in only 15 which was excellent.Driver then recommended a handful of local mechanics.We have since used Billy’s to take the vehicle on to its repair. Again, they arrived in great time with a friendly driver.Highly recommended
