not 24/7 meaning you can't go early either especially if you work, there's far too many cardio machines that aren't even used meaning less space for weights and machines.£34.99 a month for not being able to ever get a decent work out.It's always far too busy it is not built for the capacity, either capacity cap it or look to extend.Never any chance of doing a full set any time of day unless your a student or don't work

Cheap gym, no parking, no atmosphere, would rather drive twice as far to a proper gym. Does have quite a bit of equipment but also quite busy so most of it is in use.

This is a decent gym. It's clean, has a good range of equipment (for me anyway) and is not really busy at the times I go so never have to wait for anything. The only downside is the constant, loud, banging music.

A sauna etc would be nice, but given the membership cost and quality of the equipment (and the fact you can use your membership in different cities) I’ve no complaints. Clean, nobody bothers you, staff friendly.

Editing review: I reviewed after the first visit. Since, I've been every day. There's always staff available on site which is better than in London where it's difficult to find anyone. Staff are always friendly and smiling. There's always a good buzz and atmosphere too. Plus the picture im posting is too cute and motivational bit too post from the ladies changing rooms.

Cheap and cheerful. I came here on a guest pass for the week as I was working in the area.If I was rating the gym itself I would give it 3* but if I was rating it from my experience in it I would give it 1* but that’s only because of the people that use this gym.It’s a large gym but some of the more popular pieces of equipment are in short supply. I went into the gym after work (peak time I know) but it was too overcrowded. Everyone was walking around waiting for machines to become available/looking for alternative machines.The people who use this gym do not look after the equipment so some of it is in poor condition and on my visit half of the treadmills were out of action. If people looked after the equipment properly it wouldn’t be out of action.This is my problem with these cheap gyms, this is no reflection on the brand just the people that use it. The male changing room was large enough and there is plenty of locker space.

Great gym, equipment has been updated twice in 8 months. The classes are good and they accommodate changes well.Staff are always friendly and on-hand, available to show equipment, especially new kit.It’s a very popular gym so the 5-8pm time can be busy.

This gym is home gym and i have been training here for over 4y. recently they added new origin weights and it makes it so more confusing trying to find them. Some people are mixing the old and new together. They need to seriously focus on one thing either get all new weights or just use the old ones. Its frustrating searching for weights mid sets.More downsides:Sunlight coming in from the sides is to bright sometimes.The lighting in the gym is not so good.There is only 1 bench press and 2 squat racks.Weights capping at 38’s and limited dumbbells.Time to switch gym.

Great gym, wide variety of equipment and there is access to showers, water and changing rooms. Friendly staff and just a calm environment.

The exercise area of this gym is turning into a sparring space for kickboxing. This is dangerous and could lead to a lawsuit. I wish you could rearrange the space to make it safe and inviting.
