Firstly, as a new customer I was anxious about an appointment with a new technician but Alice immediately squashed those worries. Alice is so friendly, welcoming and professional I was completely at ease.Secondly, as someone who has had acrylics for 10 years + I was skeptical of these extentions however after seeing Alice work, her nail prep is meticulous and her sculpting is so precise. My nails are perfect, smooth and I love them. It's clear Alice is a perfectionist and experienced in what she does.Super chuffed with my nails and can't wait to come back.
