My local ODEON cinema and it’s so much better than the other central locations, kept clean all the time, no sticky floors and toilets kept well maintained. The staff are great, they at least smile and happy to help you. The seating are great but few times I’ve been here with the kids, we got odd small screens for certain films. Plenty of parking option inside the mall and lots of other shops around the place for pre-movie snacks.

The worst odeon I have ever been too. Awful seats barely look like they have ever been cleaned and this was also case for premier seats. Seating is proper cramped too. Compared to the quality expected at odeon, this one is pretty poor. Staff seem to not do regular checks, very disappointed. Absolutely disgusting cleanliness which makes the ticket price laughable.

Not a good experience. The Chimes shopping centre is all good but once you enter the cinema screens, you feel like you have entered another world. Seats were all covered in dust. I had booked Premier seats but they were no different to the standard seats, just more costly. No recliner seats available either. Either the Odeons have gone downhill or the one at Uxbridge does not live upto the mark. Not recommend.

My first visit here and I found the staff to be polite and helpful, especially as I was having issue using the ticket machines with a code I had been given. The staff member sorted it out straight away. The seat I had was perfectly comfortable, and screen six was great. It must have had ten people at most.Definitely happy to return when someone I want to watch is on.

Great cinema - spacious and stacked seating in the screen we had, so young children can easily see. Staff were very good at interacting with the kids and it wasn't overcrowded. We had standard seating which was comfy with lots of room and even 2 cup holders each. Easy access from floor 2 of the Chimes car park.

Been a while since I last visited the Chimes Odeon. The place is still clean as ever and offers a range of facilities, including warm snacks, pic n mix and a Costa coffee.Service was friendly and plenty of seating and toilets enroute to screens. The seats in the screens are not particularly comfy so worth paying extra for the premium if you want a little more space.

Today I was greeted with one of rudest staff member during entry. The issue was there was a miscommunication about age with my friends because the movie is A rated. So while communicating with the staff member during the theatre entry, she started increasing her voice on us for no reason for asking her if any online document will work. Other costumers came and took our side because she was shouting loudly publicly and created a scene. She was rude to them too.

The male and female toilets were in a absolutely disgusting state. The smell was horrendous and not fit for the public to use. Reminded me of toilets on the last day music festival, I'm pretty sure if the council had seen them they would have been shut down until they fixed the issues. Seriously not good enough we won't be going back. Suggest you go anywhere else other than here.

Men’s toilets and disabled were both closed there was only 1 toilet available which was the baby changing one. Cinema seats were filthy, leg space was cramped and the seats were uncomfortable. The lights were kept on when the film started playing and a member of staff had to be told to turn them off by a fellow movie goer. Adverts went on for over half an hour as well. Poor for the price, don’t recommend here.

Amazing experience. Great cinema. Theater is excellent. Took off 1 star because NO ICE!! The guy said they have not had ice for a couple of weeks. Drink was not cold anymore 15 minutes into the movie.
