We both king size bed and mattress, when we paid they said the bed will be delivered in 7 weeks. We received the bed after 2 month incomplete, pieces missing, called customer service spending 5 hours to catch them. They send me the missing parts after 3 weeks completely different colour, for different bed no proper scrue to fix them ,I had to buy them.Disgusting customer service for price we paid.We will never buy anything from them.Not happy at all!!!!

Visited store and in process of ordering furniture. Unfortunately I couldn't accommodate the 3 delivery option dates for £10. Requested alternative dates but told none available and to have an alternative delivery date this would incur a additional cost of £69! I chose not to proceed with the order and on this basis I won't be returning to the store again

Where to begin with this pathetic excuse of a company. The only and I mean only reason we went with these instead of elsewhere was the promise of delivery within 10 days. It's an outright lie.Booked a days holiday for when the sofa was supposed to arrive, they ring me in the morning telling me only half will be delivered and the other half next week. I begrudgingly accepted as we have an empty front room. They then ring in the afternoon saying nothing will be delivered until (hopefully) next week. Laughable and the customer service team couldn't care less.Thank god I managed to cancel the whole thing and take my money elsewhere. Avoid these absolute cowboys at all costs.

Ordered our furniture back in September, was told it was made in the UK but it isn't. There was a delay in receiving it but the customer service were very helpful and apologetic. It arrived perfectly within a few weeks so even with a few issues we are very happy with our purchase and we would use them again.

Brought our modular sofa from oak land furniture an got to say its one of the most uncomfortable ones I've ever sat one, when you sit in it you disappear into it makes it extremely uncomfortable to sit on, I've now had to put sheets of ply board underneath the seat cushions to stop me disappearing to the deck so unhappy about it

CONSUMERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NOT DELIVER YOUR GOODS FOR MONTHS AND FAIL TO REPLACE FAULTY ITEMS. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER AFTER CARE. This is my 2nd review as I can not get through to this company customer services. My elderly parents paid in full for new furniture back in October 2021. Eventually their order was delivered in February after many phone calls and emails. However the dining table was faulty and after many more phone calls and emails they were promised a new table was being delivered yesterday 03/03/2022 between 03.30pm and 06.30pm. At 06.10pm they received a text message to say they were unable to fulfill the delivery. I would advise anyone not to use this company they have not after care service and they are liars. We have even emailed the CEO of the company but he doesn't even care. My parents are in their 80's and are being treated with no respect being lied to and fobbed off by everyone they eventually get to speak with. So any consumers beware once this company have your money they are not interested in you or the faulty goods they leave you with

Not out first order with OakfurnitureLand. Leanna Zwozdiak (sales) really knew her stuff and helped guide us into selecting the right furniture for us. Delivered to the door in less than 1 week (early) an super pleased. Good job!

Brilliant service & very reasonably priced.

Really great experience from the offset, we went into store twice and on both occasions we were served by Jeanette who guided us through the process and helped us make the right choice. All of the staff were very friendly and made a fuss of our little dog which was really sweet. Really happy with the service we received and very excited to receive our new furniture! 10/10 would recommend this store and especially Jeanette!
