Never got milkshakes, ice cream machine hardly works here, always told to park up to wait.. Then never get any sauces bought out, or milk n sugar if your gettin tea.. . Customer service is poor to say the least... Don't waste your time

What a disgrace of a place, order was literally stone cold, phoned them and a crew member answered, I honestly don’t know who he thinks he is! Asked for a manager the phone was put to a side, I literally heard everything, the crew and manager arguing with customers and offering them outside for a fight,They need to learn people skills as they haven’t even got the slightest of good customer service!

Ok however like a number of McDonald's I visit now the size of the breakfast muffin seems to get smaller and smaller to the point where it is not worth being there.Mcdonalds take note and change your muffin supplier,they are ripping you off!!

AVOID unless you want food poisoning. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had.Ordered from here yesterday, quarter pounder come in a Big Mac bun & I paid for extra pickles for them to put none in! Paid for the new double chocolate pie, didn’t receive one and we was passing by so didn’t notice until we got home. The nuggets tasted like they have been cooked in old oil, awful taste and very dry. Chips were ok and the drink was fine, but if I wanted chips for dinner I wouldn’t have gone chippy. We didn’t even get given a receipt when we ordered.On top of this, we have also been running to the toilet all morning, feeling sick and have really bad stomach pains. Defo something off with the hygiene there. Will not be returning!!!

Second time an item has been missing when delivered Rang Uber for assistance to be told I can't have a refund. So someone else's incompetence costs me £10. Great job guys. Good way to keep customers

An amazing venue, been a few times. Staff, food, cocktail and the ambience is amazing, definitely worth a visit you will definitely go back xx

recommended by telephone went for Sunday dinner (roast ) it was dreadful, staff were pleasant though, the dinner itself was the worst roast beef dinner I have ever tasted. the beef was like shoe leather impossible to cut and when you managed to cut a piece to eat it was to hard to eat or chew ,! it was also very very raw I think you should be advised the Yorkshire pudding was burnt the vegetables basic I complained to the manageress and our money was refunded with apologies

Ordered 2 large meals, items missing. Fries was a small and all they refunded me was 20pAbsolutely disgusting. Do not order from this McDonald’s as you never receive what you ask for!!!

This restaurant is by far the worst for deliveries. They continuously leave/miss items out of the orders (I mean how hard can it be to look at an order and place each and every item ordered and paid for into the bag?) They are also absolutely clueless on packing/bagging up an order mainly concerning on how they pack the drinks in the bag (see my photos) they put bottled drinks in with the cup drinks which results in the cup drink being spilt inside the bag and subsequently the bag then ripping. No matter how many times I report/advise on this it is repeatedly ignored. All they have to do is to keep the bottles separate from the cup drinks!!! I have also received a complete incorrect order and someone else had received my order (which happened to be over double the other customers order)!! Whenever I try to resolve I am instantly dismissed by the manager/staff and told to contact Just-Eat! So as I said WORST DELIVERY RESTAURANT IN LONDON/ESSEX. The photos don't lie! You have been warned people!!
