Care Fertility

We have been with CARE Liverpool since 2020 and undergone 3 cycles of IVF with them. The care and support we have received from them during such a difficult period has been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble. They respond quickly to any questions you have and are so friendly in their approach.Cathy, Emma and Ashley have all been brilliant. They really put you at ease during a stressful period. Amanda and Ella have also been an amazing support. They make you feel like you are their only patient and not just a number. I cannot thank Care Liverpool enough for everything they have done for us and would highly recommend them.

The staff at Liverpool care are wonderful. Very caring, and helpful. The only reason we moved to this clinic was because of Professor Charles Kingsland, as we were under him at our previous clinic, and once I knew he was here - it was a no brainer for us. He is so knowledgeable, approachable, and honest. Never has he steered us wrong, or tried to push us to pay for things we do not need - I can't recommend him enough. Amanda, is also an absolute dream to deal with. Overall I would most definitely recommend this clinic. I am not posting as someone who is pregnant, as we are just at the beginning of our next treatment, but regardless of our outcome - these people are lovely, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

We have been with CARE Liverpool since March 2021. In our most recent cycles, we have had a lot of contact with Emma and Ashley and we would like to give them a big shout out. They are incredibly kind and compassionate people and handle difficult news very sensitively. We feel very safe in their care, they are always willing to answer any questions we have and we never feel rushed. We can’t express how grateful we are that these are the people looking after us at the most vulnerable time in our lives.Thank you to the whole team at CARE Liverpool, including Ella who is always lovely and helpful on the phone and Amanda who is always on hand for support if needed. Although we haven’t yet been successful in achieving a live birth, we are extremely thankful for everything you have done for us so far.Brad & Helena x

Where do I start. From the day I enquired with Care Liverpool for a second opinion regarding my fertility I have been very well looked after. Even before the point that I paid any money the staff could not do enough for me and had I not have chosen care fertility - the time that they put in to helping me make a decision would have been hours rather than minutes in skilled professional time. I also like the fact that there are no hidden fees as they have a clear pricing brochure and that they try and keep costs down for you by only doing what is needed.My journey started with the lovely Amanda who is the clinic Manager. Amanda cannot do enough for her patients and is dedicated to her job. I had queries and within hours she replied to me. Professor Kingsland who is clinical director is a great character and puts you at ease in what is often a difficult journey for couples, He has many years of experience. Everything he said in our consultation has been spot on with how things have turned out so far and he definitely makes you laugh if you have a sense of humour! Then there are the Nurses who again cannot do enough for you. Cathy has taken care of me mostly but all the nurses in both the Liverpool and Chester clinics really do care and want to reassure and support you every step of the way. No question is too trivial or silly and they always respond and give you time.I would recommend care fertility Liverpool to my closest friends and family without hesitation. I also like the fact that it’s in a convenient location with FREE parking which makes a difference for Liverpool and on the banks of the Mersey for a lovely mindful walk! It is also seconds out of the Birkenhead tunnel for those coming from the Wirral.On a final note you have a query you get a response the same day if the clinic is open and it is clear that the staff are all highly skilled and knowledgable which again makes a difference when you are putting your faith and chance of being a parent in their hands. Where do I start? Liverpool Care Fertility have offered an amazing service and they are have such a lovely, tight-knit team. After years of being under a fertility group with the NHS, we decided to go with Liverpool Care. We had been present to two talks from Professor Kingsland, ( who is basically the pioneer to IVF in Merseyside) and he impressed us that much, we chose the Liverpool clinic.Professor Kingsland isn’t about the money, he’s all about the patients. He never tries to sell you any add ons and in fact, he does his best to deter you from going down that path. He wants a successful outcome for all his patients at the littlest costs. You book an appointment with him and sometimes can be in there for well over an hour; you can really tell he wants to know all your history. If it wasn’t for him and his team changing our medication, looking further into mine and my husband’s background, we wouldn’t be pregnant now.His team are so welcoming, the first person you are greeted by is lovely Amanda; who is basically the heart of the clinic, puts you at ease straight away. For Amanda, it’s not just a job, she really cares about all the patients and goes above and beyond to check in on them all.Helen was our Bolton nurse and her sense of humour and hilarious stories, put us right at ease. She’s always searching on what pathway is best for every patient and will sometimes put Profess Kingsland in his place.I know I’m writing this positive review being pregnant but I honestly would have written the same, if I wasn’t successful. They have really taken care of us and been a huge part to our success.

Well what can I say there are no words to write on how exactly how amazing care in Liverpoolhave been through are treatment, Amanda, Helen, Cathy and all of the team in Liverpool have been so supportive, professional and go above and beyond. Having previous treatments somewhere else which we were treated so different and no were near to this level it was by far the best decision we ever made , I could chat to Amanda all day she really feels like you have known her for years and they are in the journey with you. After 10 year journey of fertility treatments we finally have a care bear due this summer and this would of not been possible without them.

We will be forever grateful to Professor Kingsland & the amazing team at Care Liverpool for everything they have done for Andy & I. The team are incredibly attentive, personable and were totally invested throughout our journey. Nothing was ever too much for them. Even at our lowest points they always remained positive & supportive. We couldn't have achieved the dream of our Baby Girl without each and every one of them. The first time I contacted them was in November 2022, today I am 7 weeks pregnant. I highly recommend Care fertility Liverpool, It has been a wonderful journey, fast and without stress. Every call, every e-mail was good news even the views to the Mercy river was very beautiful. I cannot thank Care fertility for everything they have done for us.

We have been with CARE Liverpool since March 2021 and have done four cycles of IVF with them (2 egg collections, 4 transfers).A big thank you to Professor Kingsland as the new protocol this time worked brilliantly and we got significantly more eggs than in the previous egg collection. He looked at my previous results and adjusted the new protocol accordingly. Professor Kingsland is also very willing to listen to ideas that you come with and evaluate whether this would be useful to include in the treatment. Another thank you to Cathy, Amanda and the team at Liverpool for all the monitoring and answering questions. CARE Liverpool have good communication with the other CARE clinics so having the egg collection at another clinic was a smooth run! They even took into account personal circumstances to make things as easy as possible for us.The care we have received during this cycle has been really good and made the experience that bit easier.
