AVOID. I was a long term customer. Driver damaged my garden gate and despite me showing photo evidence, company said it wasn't them. I was only looking acknowledgment and an apology not compensation. Won't be using again.

Tailgated for about 10miles this morning between Ballymoney and Coleraine by one of your trucks in extremely wet conditions. If I’d had to stop suddenly there’s no way he could have avoided going straight into the back of my car. I suppose he knew in that situation he’d be more likely to survive than me. Atrocious aggression especially given the conditions. Registration number available.

Never ever will I use again sat in all day Tues and Wed last week that is when meant to be delivered phoned oh be here tomorrow a no show then meant to get it the following Monday another no show I now have the tank locked sorry but you have just lost my custom and £540 disgusting it must be because I am in the disabled class no more excuses EVERYONE STAY WELL AWAY

Ordered oil a week and a half ago, which is needed for hot water and showers, I don't have a water heater. So I rang them to be told a driver hasn't turned in and a lorry is off the road, sounded like an accuse to me. Thet told me they didn't know when I would get it. Plus it will take a few days for to get my money back, but they took the money straight from my account. Wouldn't use this company if you need oil asap.
