Claimed to repair fridge but didn’t- when confronted became abusive and refused to carry the correct work out or refund the money.

I dont usualy like to leave bad feedback,But in this case i felt like i had to.Been told they would come to our shop whithin 30-45min but i waited nearly 3 hour ..When i rang they said he is on his way and they would call me back with exact time as to how long...But no one rang..Bad customer servis...Definitley will not use them again and recomend you not too.Shamefull.

Fantastic quick response to our distress call when the chiller in our Deli stopped working. The engineer quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced the part. We were back working in under 30 minutes.
