My mother dropped her VW van off here to have a fault with the battery gauge looked at. They changed a fuse and charged her £130..... only for it to pop again an hour after picking it back up. Dropped the van back with them again for them to say they couldn't fix it and then spun some lies regards to work done. They refused to offer any refund even after not solving the issue or even offering any advise at how to fix it. Take your vans elsewhere and stay away from this place.

This company is dangerously incompetent. From day one we were over quoted by several thousand had we not queried it we would have be paying well over the odds. Each quote had to be chased. We only went with them because of good reviews, this was a mistake.Every time mark was due to call us back he didn’t.(In fairness the son Jake really does know what he’s doing and is good with communication.)We were charged extra for shower that still leaked. They put the taps on backwards. The work was not tested. The £4000 paint job was the poorest we have ever seen. Chips bumps and overspray everywhere, and the inside of the doors etc were not done. We paid top dollar for the worst quality. We paid to have the wheels painted properly - they didn’t even take the wheels off to do this! We could have done the same with a can of spray paint but they charged us hundreds. The service was not fully done, wheels not taken off to check brakes. After we got the van back the first time, seals on roof leaked heavily cutting our trip short.Rear right door seal installed wrong and damaged.Fan vent flipped off while driving and we had to climb on the roof at the side of the road, this wasn’t screwed on properly after the paint job. There’s paint missing everywhere on the roof (except they got black paint all over our clear skylights!)Nearly had the wrong tyres due to another error from Mark writing info down incorrectly. We were told the fault code on our van was sorted, it wasn’t and the mechanic had no idea about it after been told he sorted it.The Service light was forgotten.Rounded off nuts were not found/had they been done right 1st time the fault would be known sooner and this would have been avoided. All the time lost from all these errors and mishaps and poor work has cost us literally into the thousands (missed days at work, taxis, fuel, missed events etc)Had the paint job been done competently first time round there would be not a rush issue now.It may not have been Mark doing the work but as the business owner he is still responsible for the work, he did everything to defend this and just wouldn’t hold his hands up and say “I’m sorry, we’ll fix it”.Because we had already paid so much, we gave them a chance to fix the paint job and other issues and we got our van back two days late, which meant we had useless £1500 festival tickets. In some fairness, the delay was because of damaged breaks (which would and should have been picked up weeks before if the paint job company had taken the wheels off or if this company had done a proper service) HOWEVER they did actually pull out all the stops to try and rectify their mistakes.Because of how they rallied together in this instance we decided to give them another chance. This was an error:They failed to connect the solar panel to our leisure batteries.FIRE RISK - the Battery terminal was floating above 70amp battery which sparked when touched to the terminal - this could have caused a fire. Mark was INCREDIBLY dismissive of this (especially as he knows we are yet to have our gas canisters surrounded). Not even an apology. We just took it back to have some errors fixed and the sink replaced, they had it for 2.5 days (Jake had a funeral to attend so we were understanding and left it for an additional day) and we turned up to collect our van - having being told they hadn’t done the work. In two and a half days all they had achieved is adjusting the handbrake cable (30 min job). The time and financial cost to us because of this is unreal, and the final straw. We have no faith left in this company, we are waiting for the details of who did the paint job to allow them at least the chance to fix their work, or we’ll be in touch with trading standards, hopefully it won’t come to that.We do not want them to go out of business. We want them to take this as CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and to fix the problems with their business so nobody else suffers. They CAN do good work, they just need to manage themselves better.

They fixed my Dometic fridge by bench testing it. They diagnosed a failed PCB and now it works fine.

Service & gas safety done, no problems there. Needed work to get gas safety cert, booked for the work to be done 3 weeks in advance, chased and chased for a quote on the work which never arrived, came for my appointment today and no one is here, the place is closed and no one responding on the mobile number. Absolute let down considering I now have to pay for a second test elsewhere in order to get the work done and cert issued, for info that test is less than half the price you charged me.

So this company is the gift that keeps giving. This wheel has not been off since it had its powder coated wheels (their 2nd attempt...)I found out today that none of the wheels had been torqued on. They had only been nipped up...luckily this didn’t happened on the motorway. Be careful everyone. We now need to buy and powder coat another wheel at our cost. Would not trust this garage as far as I’m going to have to throw this wheel

Asked to see why my boiler wasnt working on gas. Was informed need a new boiler as mine and parts for it were obsolete which is correct. Charged £60 plus vat for 1 hrs work to find this out. Then also quoted £2066.80p plus possible extra fittings to supply and fit a new boiler. After reseach and speaking with Truma I can purchase the boiler retail and all fittings required for £1,319.00. I felt the remaining £800.00 for labour (which would have covered 13 hrs work according to the huge hourly rate plus VAT) I doubt it would take 13 hrs to fit a boiler (exsisting electric, gas and water connections)Wow ! Thats some labour charge to say the least, come on guys be honest with your pricing we are not all daft enough to pay extortionate quotes. If you dont need or want the work just say we dont want to do it.1 week later... I have bought the boiler £1,319.00 and I have now received an honest quote of £300.00 for fitting by another company (who have excellent reviews) saving me a huge £447.80 and no uncertain plus possible extras
