Charter Solent

What a wonderful day, Henry and Sharon gave us a 1st class day, Would highly recommend.

We had lunch booked at The Hut restaurant on the Isle of Wight so wanted to arrive in style and make a day of it. The boat was amazing and looked brand new. The skipper gave us a quick safety briefing and then we were off. We saw Osborne house on the way and very quickly popped into Cowes.A small boat from the Hut restaurant came and picked us up from the boat. After lunch we cruised up the Beaulieu River turning round at Bucklers Hard which is beautiful. Afternoon cream tea was served on the way back down but to be fair we were still quite full from our lunch. Next time we might skip The Hut and spend more time on the boat.Finally it was a high speed run back to Haslar marina in Gosport. A really amazing day out, everyone from Charter Solent was friendly and looked after us really well.

We arranged a charter on Mango which is a brand new 55' Princess and is a stunning yacht. Henry is an experienced and qualified captain and Sharon was a tremendous hostess. We had a great day with them off of our cruise ship and highly recommend this company.Knowledgeable, friendly, responsive with a great boat.

This is the second time that LH1 London have joined Henry & Sharon aboard the Emily Jo for a corporate day out and we have had just as much fun the second time around. Absolutely accommodating with a great sense of humour and customer service that goes above and beyond (ensuring you reach specific venues / your onward transport in person) as well as having a superb depth of knowledge of the Solent and beyond to ensure you get the best out of your day with them. Thoroughly recommended and we hope to charter again with you soon.

Fantastic day aboard Emily Jo with Henry and Sharon. The boat was in great condition and the itinerary was perfect for our corporate day. We were lucky with the weather but it was Henry and Sharon that made the difference and we highly recommend them. We hope to be back next year!

Many thanks to Henry and Sharon for a great day out on the boat with the family. We all had a fantastic day cruising over to Cowes for some lunch (and back to Gosport), via a tour up the Beaulieu River, the itinerary was perfect! We loved the boat, its very comfortable, and an impressive performer. Henry and Sharon are great hosts, but they also pay close attention to health and safety to make sure the day was a success. Really impossible to fault, apart from the day being over too soon!I would recommended the charter for any occasion, a day out with friends, a special occasion, or It would make an excellent client/team corporate activity.

A wonderful weekend charter, and a fantastic way to celebrate my 60th birthday. Thanks to skipper Henry and crew Sharon who were extremely attentive and thoughtful hosts, we had a relaxing and most enjoyable time aboard whilst feeling completely safe and well looked after in their care.We sailed across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, local landmarks were pointed out with a little history provided, lunch taken moored in a quiet little bay before cruising on to Great Yarmouth where we moored for the night. Dinner in the town and a walk around followed by a glass of wine sat on the deck watching other boats mooring and general people and dog watching.After a good nights sleep in our plush and very comfotable cabin and breakfast on deck, we set off again back along the Solent, mooring for lunch at a little restuarant on the Hamble before returning to Gosport and the marina.I can thoroughly recomend a charter with this lovely crew.
