Neither machine works, app is super slow and why does Plymouth need several parking apps? It's a prime location and should not be operated by a company with no values.

The car park is surrounded with low stone walls. It is powered wheelchair accessible but on a somewhat steep road with some cobblestone nearby so not very suitable for manual wheelchair access.

Avoid at all costs. No payment by coins. Card reader unable to read card. Tap to pay only. 10 minutes" grace period to make payment or you'll be chased for £100 penalty charge. It's private land wanting to hustle you out of your hard earned money."

Neither machine working, and couldn't use the Pay by Phone app since it requires a ticket from a machine (duh!). Spent 25 minutes trying to give them money before giving up - resulting in a £100 fine, which could not be appealed.This company should not be running parking in such a prime location, and deserves to lose its license.

Worst parking experience I've endured. Car park records entry of number plates so can't leave until paid, but neither of the machines worked. Had to work through the phone system for an incredibly expensive parking fee

Beware! This is a Brittannia Car Parks facility. It's private land. Your car will be photographed on entry/exit. If you enter your registration number into the ticket machine incorrectly, they will issue you with a fine.

Beware!I paid for a parking ticket, wasn't late back and still recieved a parking fine for £100.This car park is set-up to fine people, it's an entrapment.It's disappointing that Plymouth city Council permit legal robbery in such a beautiful area of the city.

Both machines are out of order, the other payment option is to download their app which I did to find it’s utterly useless, only wants you to park in Bristol??? And in order to pay via the app you have to scan a barcode from a ticket? How exactly you’re supposed to get a ticket when the machines aren’t working I’ll never know a totally pointless app.
