Thank you so much for sorting my Gran's glasses. Sadly she had an awful experience somewhere extremely close by and you bent over backwards for her. I'm not surprised you're doing so well operating the way you do so close to a joke of a competitor nearby. I do hope you end up with all of their customers and help them. I can not recommend highly enough the care and attention given from a walk in to book, the eye test plus retinal photography, choosing and ultimately fitting my spectacles. Friendly, efficient expert and above all the willingness to care for the individual.Thanks girls you are tops!!!

The best opticians in Bournemouth, always have positive energy in there and deliver great service during eye tests. They are one of the friendliest teams and I have been to many opticians growing up but this one has been the best. I am 20 now and I still go there and they always keep me updated with how my eyes are doing and what I can do to keep them healthy.

I attended Kellyeyecare on the 12/12/23 to discuss replacing my lenses in my current frames. The lady I spoke to was very professional and knowledgeable . All the other staff are also friendly.I feel comfortable in dealing with this business. Whilst they are expensive ;to have them deal with your eyes is comforting.

Friendly staff. Excellent personal service. Modern equipment. Only top quality frames provided. I felt that the staff went out of their way to find a specific frame I was looking for that was not on display. Kelly Eyecare is definitely my opticians for the future.

I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a new optician with efficient friendly service and a great choice of up to date frames. Had visited a few who didn’t fit the bill but then luckily wandered into Kelly in Winton and was instantly impressed.As a spectacle fan I hope to be visiting a lot in the future.

Both my Husband and myself had our eyes tested at Kelly Eyecare (Bournemouth) All the staff were so helpful. The staff never rushed us over anything and were so helpful with advising us what frames to have. We were in the shop for a good couple hours and during this time we had a laugh and nice chat to all the girls. We were so pleased with all their help and advice and now we have our glasses we are very very happy with Kelly Eyecare. Very, Very good service from all the Staff. Thank you. Mr and Mrs Clark.

I had my first eye test on Saturday 8th July. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience, the optician was very thorough and explained everything to me so I understood exactly what she was doing, then once I was picking my glasses the lovely lady on reception was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I can 100% recommend Kelly Eyecare to everyone.
