Company couldnt deliver any level of service- they didnt send a drawing, and so the order couldnt be progressed. Despite asking, the drawing never arrived so I had to cancel the order (by phone and email). I have not received a refund and I have waited weeks for this. Boss can never be reached by phone. Then he goes on leave. This smells like a total scam. Very worried I'll never see my money.

I ordered a convotherm commercial oven from this company and could not be happier with the service received.I was a bit cautious at first because the oven was £1000 cheaper than that big national catering supplier whose name starts with N was selling them for, and due to a lack of reviews. However I did some checks and decided to try my luck.As it turned out, the oven was delivered in 3 days. Very professional service all in all and I'm delighted with the saving.Will definitely check their site again in future should I need catering equipment.

Outrageously poor customer service - avoid at all costs! Was advised that a delivery would take place on a specified day, and the time for delivery was subsequently confirmed by the courier company, and I arranged to be at home for the delivery. The delivery was then cancelled a couple hours before it was due to take place - the courier company says that Kitchen Solutions cancelled delivery, Kitchen Solutions says the courier company is lying - the customer suffers, and Kitchen Solutions are frankly unwilling to do anything to resolve the matter.
