GB 121 Training & Nutrition

Been training with Gareth for a few months now seeing great results, he is highly knowledgeable and helps keep me motivated.

Gareth planned my workout routine, pushed me for extra reps and was always on hand for help with nutrition which made a huge difference. Highly recommend this place.

Ok so where do I start....I first went to see Gareth for a consultation at the end of October 2019 as I really needed to loose weight and improve my health, it took me a lot to go and see him as being so overweight I had no confidence, I have struggled with my weight and body confidence for many years and have been on numerous diets but nothing seemed to stick and I would soon loose interest, from the very first moment of meeting Gareth he made me feel at ease, he didn’t judge me and was very thorough with what options would best suit me and I didn’t feel pushed into signing up for anything just for the sake of it. I started 1-2-1 training with him around a fortnight later for two sessions a week, it was hard and he pushed me until I thought I was going to be sick but he never gave up on me and he always believed in me that I could do it even when I thought I couldn’t.Since November I have lost an incredible 54lbs to date!!! Without the training, hard work, dedication and the endless support from Gareth I would of never have been able to achieve it, even throughout this pandemic he has always been on the other end of the phone if I need him to guide and support me and to keep me on track. Can’t wait to start 1-2-1 training again!So to cut a long story short I would highly recommend, if like me you’ve struggled with weight loss then Gareth is your man!!
