Went into EE High Street, Cheltenham today having had a rubbish day with my phone packing up being the final straw. The lady who helped me, I think her name was Jasmine, was fantastic. She sorted everything out , was empathetic, efficient and knowledgable and I came out of the store feeling so much calmer and much less stressed - amazing after the day I had had. Amazing customer service and great interpersonal skills. Would like to thank her very much - she made a bad day much better.

Very poor customer service. Only popped in to ask a simple question. Was told to book a an appointment an hour later which I did. Came back at the appointment time and then was made to wait for 30 minutes without any word or apologies from a staff member. Ended up walking out without my query being resolved.

Fantastic customer service! Had an issue with my upgrade. Joe and Jack went above and beyond in fixing my issue. I wish more places had employees so focused on resolution and making sure customer leaves happy. those guys deserve a bonus! 10/10

About as much use as a chocolate fireguard when trying to solve problems. Happy to upgrade my phone without ID but when it comes to SIM related issues they insist on it. Funny that. Go to Tewkesbury instead where the staff care.

Told me my contract had been amended as coming to end of 24 months and had helped to save money. Nothing had been done and more expensive when contract came to end.

Jensen was most helpful when I went to EE today to change my pre-paid SIM to a post paid contract.He helped me to get the most economical package so we now save over 40% by adding me to my husband’s account and sharing his unused data.

Hi EEI would like to say a huge thank you to one of your Cheltenham store team members for way in which he successfully handled my autistic son. I think he was called Kyle Hopkins and was the Assistant Manager.My son has severe Aspergers and his behaviours can be very challenging. Today, in the store, He had a total meltdown following some ongoing issues which he has had with his contract. Any one witnessing this episode would have considered it to be aggressive and scary but Kyle not only recognised My sons issues, he treated him calmly, de-escalated the episode and then proceeded to sort out all the problems with the contract, in a way which showed Dan his months of stress and anxiety were being understood.I want to emphasise how calm and patient Kyle was and how he defused a potentially volatile and serious incident.I’m so impressed with his customer service that once my phone contract expires I will be swapping to EE.If you have an ‘employee of the month’ or some kind of staff recognition scheme then I would like to nominate Kyle from the Cheltenham Branch.Many thanks Karen

Went into the EE store to get a new phone just before lockdown in 2021. was having issues with signal and Kyle Hopkins couldn't help enough, we went through the process of sorting it even after the store had closed he was in constant contact with me until the issue was fully resolved. couldn't fault the customer service provided at all by all staff especially Kyle!

Popped in to upgrade my phone, all staff were welcoming and friendly and eager to help. Was served by G" who took the time to find a phone that would suit my needs and not just shove the latest product at me. Excellent service and I left a very satisfied customer with a great deal."
