Where do I start? An ISP that promises the world but delivers an abysmal service. We've experienced an outage almost every month across various system hosted by Claranet. They are incompetent at providing solutions despite giving them every chance.Their sales team will outright lie to their customers in order to make a sale and most of their support are useless when you need them.When they used to be known as Star they provided quite a decent service but they've gone downhill since then.
