Did my door supervisor course with this company and my and advanced training with them. Very good experience both times and now happily working for them part time. As a Uni student it’s good hours and good pay. Very happy

I did my SIA course through montane. They are very understanding and considerate to every person needs as not everyone is the same. The way that montane work is by far better then any other security company. I would definitely recommend people work for this company.

Montane Group is one of Lincolnshire’s largest SIA staffing companies. I thought this would make the working dynamic cold, however in truth Montane has one of the best working practices I’ve seen. The colleagues here are trained well and I can rely on them as I would family. I would recommend to anyone thinking about joining to get in touch and Montane will help you get your door licence!
