Keeps beeping outside my house after 9pm at night. I have 3 children. When I ask him to stop he was very rude!

Booked a taxi to and from Warkworth, was the only taxi company willing to accept the booking, driver was on time both ways and very reliable and cheap.

Booked well in advance but driver got the booking mixed up by pouring coffee on it! I lost £46 for a prearranged appointment that I couldn't attend because I was very let down. Don't use these people.

Lady answered the phone who advised they had a taxi at half 1, when describing the area she decided she didn’t want to pick us up and become rude, then asked us to call back as she had “someone getting in the taxi”. When we called back 5 minutes later she said they were no longer taking taxis. Terrible service.

First phone call answered by rude and unhelpful man. Second by a more professional women. Taxi driver taking us to the restaurant was fine. One picking us up was rude and kept complaining about his next booking. Neither vehicle was particularly clean. But there aren’t many options in Amble.

Brilliant service. Our car broke down and we had an appointment at the vets. He dashed over took us to vets and we arrived on time. When it was time to go home we rang and after a short wait he came and took us home.He was friendly, helpful and the vehicles were immaculate
