Rude staff, missed something off my order went back for it and the sausage rolls were in the oven , told people five minutes which was fine by me but rang my partner to see if he wanted anything else instead, then proceeded to say ‘yeah we will give her one now to shut her up’ and gave me one out the oven after telling people they weren’t cooked yet. Wasn’t even cooked when I got home to eat it

I visit your shop regularly and I’m happy to give you 5 stars.staff are friendly and cant help enough, its always clean and tidy, always get told about special offers and bargains, food is spot on and good value for money, and with staff reminding customers about social distancing and someone always seems to have a cloth in their hand, it gets the covid safe vote from me. keep up the good work

Just want to say a massive thank you for the fabulous buffet that you supplied. Special mention to Dawn who went above and beyond for me, hope I got right name lol. It was a surprise for my hubby and everyone loved it, supplying some vegan & vegetarian for those who were. 10/10 .

I wasn’t expecting much when I arrived here as I had never been before but I was very much surprised, this place is a Greggs on steroids and much better quality. The ladies were very helpful and they had a fantastic yorkshire sense of humour, great job and experience I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely great service and food but I payed for 2 chease and onion pasties 5cheese straws and a Fanta +sprite I didn't revive my second chease and onion pasty

Plenty of choice in cakes, pasties and sandwiches not cheap. I liked the Danish Pastry, they started off about the size of a small plate now they're smaller and the end is very thick so not worth the money

You've only got 1 star because I don't have the option for zero stars. Coldest bacon sandwich I've ever been served and the bacon was rock hard too. Why get a substandard company to deliver. I know exactly why!! Because you can then ignore any kind of responsibility for your bad food and bad service. Will not ever come here again. Certainly won't recommend you either. Poor poor poor!!
