Excellent service from this store. Took a faulty item back without the invoice and purchased some time ago but not used and they were brilliant - ordered a replacement and never charged the uplift price even though the product had come up - really helpful and understanding. Thank you!

Never used this store before, easy to find and staff very friendly and well manored, clean tidy and everything in its place. The nice chap behind the counter even carried my barrow in a box" to my van in the car park.5 stars"

New click and collect system super slow. Old system so much better. And you get to talk to a human

Ordered via the website for collection the same day, had a text message around an hour later to say it was ready. Collection was easy with staff in the lobby directing to the till point. Service was quick and products exactly as ordered.

I arrived early Saturday morning (29/1/22) to collect items I Pre - ordered.2 women behind the counter were sat on the phones and tried to send me next door to the trade counter as they didn't want to get up and serve me.after I said I wasn't trade and asked why they couldn't serve me she stood up, got my items and tipped them all over the counter, not taking any care not to damage anything. I then asked for a bag as I ordered to many small items to carry and she said no (abruptly). I also wanted advise on additional items to purchase whilst I was in store but I decided to leave instead.upon leaving another Gent entered the store and there also tried to palm him off to the trade counter.sorry Helen, poor customer service from you and your colleague!
