What a genuinely nice company. Went for an appointment and they were open and honest about not being able to help. Didn’t charge but made a recommendation of where to go. Really well knowledged and credible.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Claudia explained what she was doing at each stage. I felt very comfortable through the whole process of removing the wax from my ear and thoroughly recommend them.
