Very accommodating staff always very helpful... especially Lorraine who's been there for over 87 years..she loves it there so much she's probably helping with the renovations at the moment

Asked to take 2 pens for a youth project and they made a big deal and said no, Nationwide were not on my side. Got 1.

Your TV ads are stupid and annoying. Have you never heard of the comedy rule of 3? They became stale real quick..... the new ones are even more annoying. I will never step foot in Nationwide. Just senseless, useless babble. Informative in no way what so ever.

I've been a customer for almost 42 years at the Bangor branch. I wouldn't conduct my financial affairs at any other establishment. This branch and the Nationwide as a whole, give 5-Star service each and every time..

Took a ridiculous length of time for my SWITCH to take place 17days!!!!! Totally misinformed by the young member of staff who assisted in this process whom initially told me you choose your date!! She needs retrained totally clueless. Also wanted to open a savings account and they couldn't do it as their devices were not working!!!! They also tried to make a phone call which was NEVER answered by their customer services. If the branch staff cannot get through what hope does a customer have!!Big mistake for Nationwide....I went to the Progressive where I was able to open 2 savings accounts in 10minutes with better interest rates too.39% more!!!Really unimpressed with Nationwide.Had to give one star as no option for none.

Staff are exceptionally helpful and always pleasant.

I have been a customer for 34 years now. The staff team are incredibly very friendly helpful and have worked very hard to provide 100% services throughout the lockdowns. Well done to you all as a team
