First time visit as we stayed Brighton for the weekend.A lovely friendly atmosphere. The restaurant owners and staff were all very friendly and the whole experience was great and not at all intimidating.I had the Linguine Pescatore which was amazing. So tasty, bursting with flavour, full of seafood. I could not stop eating it. My family had Penne al Pesto which was also very tasty. I sneaked a mouthful. We ordered some garlic bread as a side too.Looking forward to visiting Brighton again and Casalingo.

Very good authentic food, better than some pastas I’ve had in Italy. The service was quick and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only beer available was peroni but it’s a favourite of mine so won’t complain. Very clean and overall a great experience

An absolutely stupendous restaurant. The starters (bruschetta, insalata tricolore) were stunning, while the pasta main courses were wonderful - pasta cooked perfectly al dente with rich sauce. No real room for desserts - but had to try the cheese cake, crème brûlée and the tiramisu: all sublime. Throw in wonderful drinks, friendly service and a reasonable prices and you are in for a treat!

Have been eating here since it opened.Only manage a few times a year due to distance.Great steaks, chicken.Recommended.

Highly recommended Italian restaurant just off the seafront in Brighton. Very tasty food, large portions, service is great and very welcoming staff. House white wine half litre at 15 pounds not bad either. I was recommended this place by a friend and it lived up to expectations.

Staff are super friendly and nice, they chat with us and help us take pictures. The restaurant is near Waitrose bus stop which is very convenient to get to by bus 49.Will definitely recommend the sea food dishes they server, ingredients are fresh and the seasoning are authentic. I order mussels and seafood risotto. Was great, but the risotto is slightly salty. The portion of each dishes is huge. So is good to share with friends.Didn’t get to try their dessert in the end since we are too full, will definitely try next time.

We were in the mood for pasta, gave it a try and have zero regrets! The starters were really innovative and tasted amazing. The mains were more traditional but super satisfying. Great wine too.

Fresh and delicious Italian dishes. All staff were friendly and welcoming. You could tell everyone cared about making sure customers had a great experience. Make sure to check out their ticket communication system with the kitchen! Highly recommend if you are in the mood for some great Italian pasta (and Tiramisu)!
