Brilliant service,and a good selection of stationary and art supply. It's very handy to have Western Union service there as well. Great teamwork that is noticeable. Jennifer and the team are doing a great job. Well done!

Just had the unfortunate experience of going into Ryman’s to buy a label maker. Was looking to spend around £40-£50 so needed some advice from the staff. As it was 17.23 and the shop closes at 17.30, I was greeted with an eye roll and huffing and puffing from staff member Rox. She couldn’t wait to push me out the door. I felt extremely uncomfortable.. I bought the one she handed to me with minimal consultation and promptly told I couldn’t return it if it was wrong.Extremely disappointed. I’m only writing this because I thinks this reflected poorly on your company. Perhaps some staff training in customer service wouldn’t go amiss.

Jen and Carly have to be the most lovely, friendly and helpful employees I have ever come across. I previously spoke to them on the phone and they were incredibly sweet and got straight to helping find exactly what I needed. When I got to the shop, their customer service was just unmatched.
