I made the big move from Portsmouth to Newcastle about 3 weeks ago now, and one of the main challenges I were to face was finding a new nail tech! My bfs sister recommended TNP and it’s safe to say I’ve found my new nail techs! They did an amazing job and they were so so so lovely! 100% recommend x

Had a great experience here. I had a shellac with coloured French tips done to my hand. In love with them (got brown gold for autumn).The pedicure was wonderful, they took their time, would have preferred more of a massage with it (most places do it). I appreciated the amount of time of the services and the care they try to give each client, including myself. First time I've seen this in a nail place, will not forget that! My friend had gel extensions done and she loves it. Would highly recommend and I hope the staff themselves take proper lunch breaks. You can tell they are so dedicated to their clients. Great place and I hope to come here again for my nails when I visit the UK again. Can't wait to show off my nails when I return to Canada! Affordable and they accommodate anything.

Really lovely staff! They were super thorough, making sure my nails were even and both hands matched lengths and shape. I can see why the place was packed, definitely visiting again.

First time at The Nails Place and went with my mam both for acrylic extensions (with different styles). They did exactly what we wanted without any issues and they were very thorough in what they were doing and kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy with length, shape etc. Our nails are beautiful and will definitely return in the future (infills/removal/new sets). The price point initially seemed excessive for basic acrylic extension (without coloured powder or polish or designs, these have additional charges), however once there as they're being done and how thorough they are it is well worth the standard price point plus additional costs for coloured powder, polish and designs.They were busy, but no queue while I was there (I pre-booked our appointment via messenger, very quick at replying to messages). The salon was very clean and there wasn't any overpowering chemical smell either (most salons I've visited have had constant chemical smells and long queues even with a pre-booked appointment). Staff are friendly and attentive to make sure you're happy and double/triple check if you've decided to add/change what you want.Thank you The Nails Place for our beautiful Nails.

Got my nails done yesterday and what can I say. These are the best nails I’ve ever had. Very detailed and staff were lovely. Will definitely be going back here!

The staff are wonderful! I’ve been to a lot of nail places in Newcastle but have never tried The Nail Place before and I am definitely coming back, this is from now on my new go-to nail place. Gorgeous interior, huge range of colours and very quick service. I was actually 10 minutes early for my appointment and I got seated right away. I had a very specific look that I wanted for my nails and I was unsure if the design wasn’t going to turn out the way it did on Pinterest but it turned out even better than the picture I showed. I was amazed, best nail place in the whole of Newcastle in my opinion. 10/10 on everything from the service, the talent of the nail artists, the care and the overall outcome of my nails. Thank you so much for the best nail experience!

Absolute delight going to the Nails Place. I always get so many compliments on my nails. They put so much thought and detail into the designs, and in my opinion they are relatively cheap compared to the other salons. They also give you a loyalty punch card so you can capture some savings on your next visit!I will say, try to bring cash as a form of payment. I had one instance where their card machine broke and luckily I had some cash on me to pay.I don’t live in the area anymore, but next time I will make my way to come back here :)

Had an 11am appt and wasn’t in the chair until 11.20 so I almost missed my train. Let me leave the shop with the middle nail all scratched and battered, and I said they still felt sticky. Good attentive service mostly but disappointed with their time keeping and lack of attention at the end.

Never disappointed when I leave here, you never feel rushed, every set of nails I’ve had, I’ve came in with an idea and they’ve absolutely smashed it out the park. It’s always easy to get an appointment and the staff are very accommodating. I’d never go anywhere else :)
