Not only is the service impeccable, the after care is outstanding. I purchased an amazing frame and lens combination, however the first attempt wasn't quite right. But with their amazing service I was able to get the prescription altered slightly to make my glasses absolutely perfect i can't recommend these guys enough. . Its rare these days to have such attentive and caring service, I thought it best that I shout from the roof tops about it. Thanks so much Specky Wrens

Such professionalism, care and attention given when an issue spotted with my eyes. The after care has been exceptional. Thorough examinations, great range of frames and a friendly team. Definitely the best opticians for miles!

Update: Went back for my check up and eye health test. Again excellent test, along with very friendly and helpful staff. Good range of frames and plenty i liked in the sale. Also a 25% discount on other purchases within three months.I haven't worn glasses in a long time, even though I should have been. I went in for an eye test at Specky Wren knowing I needed glasses. I thought both David and Marco were very nice people. Marco explained a lot during the eye test; explaining and examining the health of my eyes as well as determining the prescription I needed.After both Marco and David helped me find the glasses which suited me and Im very happy with them since picking them up. They were a little uncomfortable on my nose after wearing them for a full day but after ringing to tell them David told me to come in anytime the next day. I did that and he adjusted them straight away and since they are a perfect fit as well as helping me being able to see properly again!Nice people, great and friendly customer service and a good product. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, lovely friendly staff, top choice of frames, and an independent company too. Plus it is in the Open Market so very handy for all sorts of shopping. I have used the well-known High St opticians in the past but after 7 years of brilliant and personalised service with Specky Wren I will never go back to the faceless corporate opticians. Specky Wren saved my holiday! My varifocal / transition lense glasses frame broke days before my holiday. With no spare glasses I was in a real spot. The lovely staff at Specky wren got me in the next day and managed to find me a replacement frame to fit my lenses in! They were so helpful and kind - I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

The BEST opticians in Brighton (and the best opticians I've ever been to!). I got my glasses and prescription sunglasses here a month ago, I love the frames and always get compliments on them. The opticians and floor staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I had a few problems with my eye and they really went above and beyond to help me with it. For the glasses you have so many different options and customisations and tints that you can do, it's really worth it.

Excellent service provided by Marco and Maya. They were meticulous in identifying and solving a problem I had with my vision. The prescription I'd given them from a well-known chain of opticians proved to be wrong, but they fixed it with no extra charge. Highly recommended.
