Was shocked to be told I would have to pay an additional 50p on top of the cost to warm up a pasty in the microwave. Needless to say I had the pasty cold. I will not waste my money or time returning back to Longfield Bakery. By the way no cards are accepted.

I went in Henry's bakers yesterday and bought a loaf of bread which is really nice and I was served by a polite girl but it was about 9.30 and I was the only customer and when I looked at the rest of the stuff and prices no wonder no one else was in there there was a macaroon cake and it was smaller than a biscuit and they wanted 2 quid the rolls was tiny and they had a filled large roll it was about 2and a half inches had a little bit of filling and that was over 3 quid it's a bakers and the prices they charge for what you get is terriable

Love this bakery, the bread is fantastic, they have a great selection of baked goods, the staff is friendly and it is a great example of a local shop, must support.

I love this bakery on my birthday i always go in and buy loads of cakes jam doughnuts and ice fingers the best around i befur it to a birthday cake, the taste of them reminds me of when i was a young girl good old fashioned bakery. You have to try it!

Best sourdough bread! I am from America San Francisco and I was raised on sourdough. The sourdough is exactly like the traditional SF sourdough from years ago. Excellent.

We popped in there and bought a slice,(small) of apple strudel and an eccles cake and both were very dry and stale. Been on display for too many days I suspect.

Called into the bakery on a Monday lunchtime and noticed the change of management sign. Purchased three doughnuts which were half the size they used to be, very tiny, hardly any jam inside, very dry. Also purchased three iced buns which will worse than the doughnuts. Extremely dry as though they had been in the shop a couple of days and the underside of all three was burnt which could also be tasted. Not a nice experience at all, total waste of money. Wont be going back to the shop again, despite being a previous regular customer.

Rolls were brought this morning obviously old, as stale and dry.The pastie was not seasoned at all, i loved the previous owners, beautiful tasty bread. Tried the bread from New owners but not nice at all, another customer lost

We had been for a soggy doggy walk and fancied a hot sausage roll!! We were welcomed with a very warm and polite greeting and the sausage rolls are to die for. We will definitely be going back, thank you!
