Great service from start to finish Tracy kept us up to date about how our furniture was doin looking forward 2 sitting on new furniture next week

Disappointing, order messed up, delayed. Manager lied blatantly down phone, lack of correspondence!!!! Spent alot here too!!

Had to give Fairway 5 Stars, great service, extremely helpful, no obligation to buy, not pushy and great advice on what is best for the customer.Yes the prices are a little higher than other furniture companies but the quality and very high.I'd definitely recommend a visit even if your just window shopping.This company is the only furniture shop that we will be buying from and with my partner being disabled there advice on what would be better for him was gratefully appreciated.Thank you

Good shop with a very wide selection and friendly knowledgeable staffThe only downside is that prices seem a little higher than immediate competitors even after the sale is taken into account

No after sale back up if furniture faulty it is passed on to third party not stated when you buy.

This past week I walked into the St Austell store with a rather difficult request.That being I needed to receive a product as quick as possible due to extenuating circumstances. The service assistant whom I had dealt with with my Mum a few weeks prior was available to help.You see mum had recently purchased a sofa, with 12 wk delivery, nothing wrong in that. Only literally a few days later I had mum seen by some specialists and they diagnosed end stage pancreatic cancer with weeks to live.The sales assistant in question was absolutely amazing, first she called the suppliers who did propose they would put the order through some 4weeks quicker. But she said leave it with her and she would see what she could do, I was so thankful, only to receive a call later that day from her to inform me that Head Office had agreed to let mum have the shop floor sofa. This sofa was delivered this morning by two wonderful gentlemen and my mum now has something comfortable to relax in and rest in. She only has weeks to live and I can't thank your company, from the sales staff up to the decision makers, enough. From the bottom of my heart I'm forever in your debt. It's incredibly heartwarming to know that there are still compassionate people in this world.Yours Leianne Turner.
