I brought my cats Heidi and Mozart in for a check up after Heidi had gone missing after a few days, Jennie, Beccy & Stef were brilliant at giving them both the once over and making sure all was okay. Heidi was a little nervous after the incident and so it was great to see the team looking after them so nicely.Would definitely recommend and am already booked in for the next annual checkups. Recently adopted a senior FIV+ kitty with some issues. Was nervous for his first vet visit with us but Dr. Beccy was so kind and patient with both us and our boy. She addressed all of our concerns and was incredibly thorough checking him over, even when he was a bit spicy. All of the staff we interacted with were very kind and welcoming. With everything done for our boy we expected a larger bill but were pleasantly surprised that everything was reasonably priced, even when opting for a more expensive treatment. So glad we chose Highgate Vet!

Jenny and her team at Highgate have been amazing, providing exceptional care and service. Beccy has been particularly amazing when dealing with my cat’s tricky health recently. She’s clearly explained everything, answered all my questions and given solid follow up care and a friendly face/service. Thanks and highly recommend!

Were so kind and considerate when I needed help in an emergency situation with my cat. Everyone from receptionist, nurses and the vet were so kind in a really difficult and upsetting situation and I really appreciate them being able to see us at such short notice.

My nearly 3 year old, anxious Maltese has been going to Highgate Veterinary Clinic since he was a puppy. I cannot recommend Dr Jennie, Dr Beccy, and the rest of the team enough. Their patience, willingness to be accommodating, and their high standard of care are exemplary. When an anxious dog pulls you to get inside the vet office, it is a true sign that they are doing everything right!

I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid.I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good.The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care.These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

I rang Highgate Vet when my very frail, elderly dog suffered a seizure. Unfortunately the Practice does not offer a home visiting service but the Receptionist was so kind and caring and gave me the name of an In Home Palliative Care and Euthanasia Service who were subsequently able to visit and help me. I am so grateful for the help of that lovely Practice Receptionist at such a desperate time.

I don't write reviews, but I think finding vet can be really stressful. We went to highgate vet becuase of the reviews about the kindness of the staff and the fair prices. We do not live at all close, but it was important to me that the vet was independent. We were not disappointed. Unlike many other practices we called, they did not push any vacccines or services. They were absolutely so incredible and welcoming with our 10 week old puppy Basil. He even got a very stylish mug. We had a bit of scare with him, and Alan wrote us a very thorough and thoughtful email with advice on what to do the same day. I feel in really safe hands.Update: Out pup has gotten a couple of puppy sniffles and upset stomach issues and the team have been unbelievably kind and helpful with him. Truly fantastic!
