Rado and his team are excellent and did a first class job replacing all the casement and sash windows in our Edwardian house with double glazed alternatives. A year and a half on, they all work beautifully, with no condensation etc and they also look like the originals, complementing the house. I would recommend RG 100%.

This is the second time I have used R G Windows. They installed two sash windows at my flat 3 years ago and I was so impressed I had them back again this week to install two more in the other bedrooms. They arrived on time, worked solidly, were polite and incredibly efficient. There was a huge amount of dust and mess created as expected, however with their very carefully placed plastic sheets all over the carpets and communal hallway (and extra sheets sectioning off the beds and all our belongings), they left the place looking spotless in just two days. I happened to have popped out when they finished the job but the men working decided to wait an extra 20 minutes until I was home so that they could give me back my spare keys and show me the finished job. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

They might be good at their craft or not but shame they have to throw their rubbish out of the van window to make themselves look trashy. I wouldn’t go with them

The owners of the company are fine people. The staff working for them cannot be trusted and one stated that he does not speak to women. He is the person inicharge, unfortunatly. I am assuming that he has views that allows him to take money's from a woman but later refuse to offer any customer service .The owners should not have staff who are happy to descriminate and lie and abuse customers trust. The owner was a very very nice person. So is unfortunate say this, however whilst they have such staff incharge customers have to be made aware of the potential for huge amounts of stress.

The sash windows fitted were perfect. And, when several years later, through normal wear and tear the brush seal had slightly worn down, the team came out and refitted them at no cost! Good job and thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish from Ricky and the team. Neat and tidy throughout the install. Will most certainly use again.
