Genting Casino Bournemouth

My wife & I went to the Bournemouth casino.From the minute we walked in everyone was very friendly & polite.The doorman, receptionist & all the staff were very helpful a& explained everything. A lovely atmosphere & soon went from being very nervous to feeling comfortable very soon.We will defiantly go back. Thanks everyone.

Came for a bite to eat and wasn't overly impressed with the food but the service was very good.We were made to feel very welcome with attentive table service that came with a smile and good conversation. Had the service been not as good as it was I'm sure it would have been a different score.The restaurant area is clean and spacious, we weren't sat on top of other people and although it is a casino the noise wasn't over bearing.I'd certainly eat there again though so long as the service was just like we had this evening.Found all those staff members we interacted with to be pleasent and willing to help.

*updatedDoor staff very rude awful in every way over confrontational looking to argue with those they think they can. My last two visits been ruined by door staff.The staff inside however are exceptional. And by a mile the best casino in Bournemouth ( choice of two lol)2023 update: wanted to add they have now replaced all the door team. The new staff very friendly and have had zero issues. I did relay my thoughts to the managers who clearly listened

The staff were lovely here and the atmosphere was great. Low minimum stakes on live gaming too. Would recommend.

It's very nice for children

Door shift and receptionist are not so welcoming, in fact very rude on my last visit. Inside shift?! not so friendly, depends on how much you play on broad. To have good casino experience and great time, not recommendable at all. Personal suggestion, grosvenor casino is 10 times better than this which is walkable distance from here.

Excellent, this is the place to have a drink in Bournemouth. Excellent service, polite staff and amazing selection. You don't have to gamble to enjoy the atmosphere.

This is our go to Casino when visiting Bournemouth, its much more friendly over the other big chain located next to the restuarant we also always visit but prefer to go here, I enjoy the slots and Roulette and my chap likes the blackJack, after spending a few hours here I walked away almost even and having had a good time!
