Quality nice, but booked time off work to get daughters first school uniform in what should have been a special occasion.Felt rushed through the process and whilst I appreciate for the people that work there this is their every day job. For parents whose first time it is buying a school uniform it’s a special occasion and some time to look and take in what is required. I am always amazed why when people have taken the time to go into a store the service is never great ( generally speaking about most shops now ). Proven again that buying online is an overall nicer experience unfortunately. Just take the time to listen to the customer rather than a production line of uniform buying.

Fabulous school shop, with some great staff. Oliver, the owner, catered to my every need. People say that it’s very expensive, but I can’t find a cheaper alternative in the local area. The clothes last for ages, and are worth every penny

Fab service. Note all that google closing time on Saturday is wrong: they actually shut at 4pm on Saturday. We arrived 4:20 to discover this, but builders were in and very nice lady served me anyway with my daughter’s much needed guides top. Above and beyond: thank you!

Not answering phone still haven’t received part of my order all I got told was wait for a message. Not happy

Ordered school clothes and school stuff beginning of the 6 week holidays and still haven't received some of my items im disgusted to say the least tried phoning many times no answer and getting annoyed kids been back at school nearly 4 weeks and still don't have half my order im disgusted!!!

Popped in today for a new blazer. Wait was minimal and we were served by a wonderfully polite young lady Anna, she knew the correct size just by looking at my son. We felt really looked after and because of her efficiency the whole experience including a short wait took about 10mins. Superb!

Terrible experience for a young parent buying the very first uniform. No manners, no smiles, no idea what they're doing. You might be busy but it doesn't mean you can be rude because of that. I wish I could sort those uniforms somewhere else. Would not recommend, very stressful and unpleasant experience

Lots of sizes available, fairy priced, good service

We have had to make 4 trips to the uniform shop and I would like to say how great the members of staff were. They were all very friendly yet professional too and treated both myself and daughters with kindness and respect. On the whole it was a good experience!

Fantastic staff. Nothing is a problem for them. And very knowledgeable about all the schools in the area..
