Fish To Your Door

Terrible customer service. I’ve had several orders that have had items missing, company never responds to repeated requests for refund or replacement. I’ve given them several second chances but no more and have reported to trading standards.

I have been a frequent customer of fish to your door and was always happy with the quality of fish and delivery. However I made an order on the 11th March and received nothing after numerous attempts at contact. I am not confident that I will receive a refund as they have sent no further updates. A big shame for what was once a great company.

I have been using FTYD for the past few years and usually I am delighted to receive fresh produce of high quality. There have been some hiccups but overall quite positive. That was until my last order was delivered with no notice, arriving at 4pm in a hot day. Not only were items I paid for missing in the order, the frozen items I ordered were thawed and I had to dispose of them. I have contacted FTYD multiple times since and they haven’t even had the decency to reply or acknowledge my complaint. Avoid at all costs!

The service has become increasingly unreliable. If it turns up, the fish is excellent, when it doesn't it's impossible to get a response from them. Won't be using again

Such a shame. We had wonderful fish from them for a year; an order once a week. Our most recent order has not been delivered and no communication received from them and no refund. Will not use them again.

Order not received, no refund or response from customer contact email. Basically reiterating other reviews. So much for supporting local business!

ZERO Stars. DO NOT place online orders.Placed an order (#10266) online on 21st June for about £40. Received an email confirmation that the order will be delivered on 22nd . Since then, I have neither received the order nor received any communication regarding the order. I contacted the courier company and they say they have bot scanned the item. Tried calling Fish to Your door but no response. No response to my emails as well. Not sure if this is a real company

Sent a legal letter of complaint as twice no fish but taken my money over 120 total small claims court and bad reviews essentials. There is no way of getting a response even my solicitor tried. I am going to claim for my hurt and loss of money as it’s been stolen. I’m in my nineteenth year and they ruined my birthday party with not delivering my fish and shellfish

Having previously received lovely fish on several occasions, I considered myself a regular customer. Some time ago, a problem with a missing order was promptly sorted out and fully refunded.. However, with my last order it was a very different outcome. The order failed to arrive and after numerous emails, no response was received. I managed to get through on the phone and was told they would look into it and ring me back..they didn’t. ‘Fishtoyourdoor’ had no intention of refunding my money so consequently I will not be ordering again and I urge anyone out there DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, you’d be better off taking a fishing rod and catching your own. Thank goodness for PayPal who refunded me in full.

I ordered on 28th Feb and until now have not received my order or a refund. The least they can do is explain the problem. Buyer beware!Update: Order eventually delivered 9/4/22 - better late than never
