I had my tragus pierced 2 weeks ago with my step daughter she had her nose done Both of the ladies were lovely and reassuring. They made us feel at ease. It was very clean and professional. We would return in the future. Had no problems with our piercings. Thank you.

Jon always makes you feel relaxed when doing your tattoo. He was recommended by a friend when I was considering my first tattoo a year ago. I've since had 2 more and love Jon's designs.

While visiting Hayle from London we met Jon in a lovely Pub by chance.After we got chatting we made our journey to see Jon on our way back to London.Jon was amazing, even though I wasn't the best customer. I was not enjoying the pain but Jon was very patient and thoughtful. His staff were great in keeping me calm. I would definitely go back to Jon when I have decided on what I am having next.My husband also got his long awaited Tattoo, and he is definitely very happy.

The cover up that Jon completed yesterday is absolutely amazing. Although it's taken a year to complete, it's been a fabulous experience and I've loved every minute, or 99% of it anyway.Jon's expertise, experience, patience and skills are second to none and would recommend The Bug & Pin without hesitation!

Travelling from Australia and collecting tattoos on my journey! Spontaneously walked into this tattoo shop, not really knowing what to expect or the availability! Had the warmest greeting from John, who was more than happy to accommodate to me. Instantly felt so comfortable, listened to and at ease about getting a spontaneous tattoo. I have now had 2 piercings done here by Rachel. The advice, the patience and the after care was amazing. A great atmosphere, everyone is very chatty and helpful.I then took my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the 1st time and the service, care and patience was out of this world. Rachel took the time to engage with my daughter and explain why she was taking her time lining the piercings up.After the first one, my daughter was reluctant to do the second but also desperate to get it done. Both Rachel and Jon were amazing when dealing with a very emotional 8 year old and 40 mins later both ears were done.I cannot recommend the Bug & Pin enough for the professional way that they do things.
